BlackTor Group Ltd is run by Jay Knox-Crichton (KC), a UK-based developer working across Excel, VBA, XML, SQL and Python, together with the data-analytics work that connects them. The same standard applies to every discipline: work that can be handed to someone else, reopened a year later, or scaled to ten times the data it was built for, without breaking down.

Everything BlackTor builds is covered by non-disclosure agreements, so nothing on this site describes a real client, project or dataset. The techniques shown throughout are real: the problems they solve are drawn from personal projects, or invented outright, chosen to demonstrate an approach rather than reveal anyone's business.
